Shipping Policy

​Domestic Shipping Only​​

 

Shipment processing time

 

All in stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Custom orders will be processed within the time frame agreed upon between Black Amethyst Dyes and the customer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​

All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail

​

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  USPS delays are outside the control of Black Amethyst Dyes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost and Damaged Shipments

​

Black Amethyst Dyes is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Shipments will be considered lost if the shipment does not show as "delivered" by the United States Postal Service tracking system.  Lost shipments will be replaced or refunded by Black Amethyst Dyes.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
