We want our customers to get as much enjoyment out of wearing their new tie dye purchases as we have in creating them.

Blackamethystdyes.com purchases may be returned withing 14 days of the date sent, as indicated on the delivery label.

***Returned items must be in their original, unworn/unused condition with the Black Amethyst Dyes tag still attached.

All custom order sales are final.

All festival and event sales are final.

Black Amethyst Dyes is not responsible for return shipping costs.

All shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

***Rejection of a refund based on the returned item not meeting the returned item condition requirements stated in the Return Policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
